Ramona D’cruz is the Project Manager at Geraci Media. She joined the company in 2018, and in that time she has become an indispensable member of the Media team, through her passion, creativity, and attention to detail. She serves as the project manager for many of Geraci Media’s clients, plays an active role in conference planning and execution, and goes above and beyond to support her team members and help the organization achieve its goals. Ramona graduated from California State University, Long Beach with a degree in Sociology and decided to pursue higher education by enrolling in an MBA program, with a concentration in Marketing. Working at Geraci and being a part of such a tight-knit team of individuals is exactly the environment in which Ramona thrives and she looks forward to her continued professional growth alongside Geraci Media.
Who or what helps you to stay motivated at Geraci?
My wonderful team! They are incredibly helpful and supportive and constantly remind me that whatever I contribute to at work makes a difference and is part of the bigger picture.

What was it about the legal field (or marketing) that drew your interest?
Marketing is fascinating to me because of how different approaches, designs, or words can build a client base and brand yourself to success. It’s always changing and requires innovation and creativity, which is something that will keep the job exciting!

Who is or was the most influential person in your life?
Definitely my dad! He’s worked so hard his whole life and it taught me that success is much sweeter when you work hard for it.

My one wish would be to eat whatever I wanted and never gain weight.
What are you most proud of at Geraci LLP?
The sense of community that the people who work here have. You can tell that the people who work here enjoy being around one another, which makes coming in everyday fun, rather than just a job. That sort of company culture is a huge accomplishment to be proud of.
